Using hand-picked local wood and hardwoods from both the West Coast and Eastern Canada, with exotic accents, unique pieces of functional wood art are created by hand in the Nakusp workshop. All materials are high quality and kiln-dried. The features and grains of the wood inspire the finished product – no two are alike. Custom orders are welcome. Design your own unique piece.
This cultural space showcases local talent and other artists from across Canada. A number of art exhibitions are hosted each year. Call ahead to make an appointment year around or visit from mid-May until Thanksgiving Tuesday to Saturday from 11 am to 4 pm. The space can also be rented with a liquor licence and catering to host a small meeting or gathering amongst the art.
